How to use it
- Paste your text and type what to find.
- Enter the replacement. Leave it empty to delete matches.
- Copy the result. The match count shows how many replacements were made.
Examples
- Find
colour, replace withcolor. - Regex: find
(\d+)-(\d+), replace with$2-$1to swap two numbers. - Regex: find
\s+$to remove trailing spaces on every line.
In regular-expression mode, $1, $2 and $& refer to captured groups and the whole match. Without it, the replacement is inserted exactly as typed.
